Broccoli With Garlic and Asiago

Yields about 4 servings.

1 large head broccoli, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 pound Asiago cheese, shredded

Simmer broccoli in 1/2 inch boiling, salted water in a covered skillet until tender.
Drain broccoli in a colander.
Return skillet to stove top over medium heat.
Add oil and garlic. Saute garlic about 3 minutes.
Add broccoli back to skillet and stir so as to coat with the garlic oil.
Remove from stove top and put in a serving dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and stir in.
