Coleslaw with Three Peppers

Yields about 4 to 6 servings.

1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup seeded, finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 10 oz. package angel hair coleslaw
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbs. lime juice
1 tbs. peanut oil or canola oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Mix the other ingredients in a small bowl. Stir with a whisk.
Pour vinegar mixture over the slaw and toss to coat.
