Eggs In The Holes

Comes out similar to poached eggs on toast.
Fun to do with kids.

slices of sandwich bread, your choice
butter or margarine
eggs
salt and pepper

Use a small glass to cut about to cut 2 1/2 inch diameter holes in the bread.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Butter both sides of the bread.
When the skillet is hot put the bread in.
Brown each slice a little on each side.
Crack the eggs and drop into the holes in the bread.
Cook until the white begins to set.
Gently flip each slice and continue cooking until the white is cooked.
Don't over cook the yoke, because it is better when it is a little runny.
Remove from the skillet. Cook another batch if necessary.
Salt and pepper to taste.
