Makes about 2 cups.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbs. cornstarch
2 tbs. vinegar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbs. butter, melted
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Heat over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with ham.
