Yields about 4 servings.
3-4 fish fillets (I use tilapia or basa.)
1 tbs. butter
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 sliced lemon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp rosemary
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease (Pam) a Pyrex baking dish.
Put fillets in pan.
Mix all ingredients except the lemon slices in a small pan.
Heat until the butter is melted.
Pour over the fillet.
Put the slices on top.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until done.
