Zesty Pork Chops

From Campbell’s Kitchen.
Yields about 4 servings.

4 bone-in pork chops
All-purpose flour
1 cup Picante Sauce
3 tbs. brown sugar
1 apple, peeled and cut into thin slices
2 tbs. olive oil

Pat dry the chops and coat with flour.
Stir sauce, brown sugar and apple in a bowl.
Heat oil in the Dutch oven.
Add chops and cook until well browned on both sides.
Pour off any fat.
Pour sauce over the chops.
Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 20 minutes.
