Baby Back Pork Ribs

Yields about 4 servings.
Also good for country style ribs.

2 racks (about 5 lbs.) baby back pork ribs, cut into individual ribs
or 4 to 5 lbs. country style ribs.
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp ground cumin
large glass baking dish (use 2 if necessary)

Mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar and cumin in a bowl.
Split into 2 bowls if you are going to put each rack in a separate bag.
Put the ribs in a plastic bag. Use 2 if necessary and split the marinade.
Be sure to stir the marinade and dissolve the sugar.
Pour the marinade into the bag.
Press out the air and seal the bag.
Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more, turning occasionally.
Put the oven rack in the middle or bottom.
Spray the baking dish with Pam and pour the marinade and ribs in.
Arrange the ribs so they are not overlapping.
Cover with foil.
For baby back ribs bake at 325 for 2 hours. Turn once or twice.
For country style ribs bake at 325 for 3 hours. Turn once or twice.
Be sure they are well browned and the marinade has thickened.
Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
