Yields about 6 to 8 servings.

1 box ziti or rigatoni (Jennifer prefers rigatoni)
1 big jar spaghetti sauce
1 small jar spaghetti sauce
(use any type of sauce)
Either 1 lb. ground beef or 1 pkg. crumbled Italian sausage
1 container ricotta cheese
1 pkg. Italian shredded cheese
Cook pasta and drain. Put back in the pan.
Brown ground beef or sausage.
Add meat to pasta in the pan.
Stir in ricotta cheese.
Stir in big jar of spaghetti sauce.
Put all in a baking dish (glass Pyrex dish).
Cover with sauce from small spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle on shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
